Mechanisation

As a means of saving us physical labour as well as of managing the land as independently as possible Rich has bought some mechanical devices, some big some small. This is the 'truck' that contains the generator, bought with the land. Rich had thought of selling them separately but has since decided to keep them and to try to fix the generator. This being a project that can be left for some time, as long as we have the space.

This 4x4 Suzuki was bought over ebay. It had to have somethings mended but is going now. It was bought as a run around on the land as well as to pull a trailor and a topper.
One trailor, two trailors. The big one off ebay the smaller lent/ given to us.

Well this little motorbike is not ours. It was bought off ebay by a work colleague of Richards who found it was bigger than anticipated and so didn't have space for it. So it is being stored in one of the containers with permission from the owner for Rich to ride it.
Now the big shed doesn't look so big. The red thing is a 'topper' bought new, to trim the 'grass', etc.

I haven't taken photo's of the strimmer or the rotavator (backscratcher as Richards father used to call it). Anyway I hope there is nothing else big. Oh yes Rich also bought a power cleaner to squirt down and clean one stable that will become a 'bee' room, for honey extraction. For the cleaner a smaller but working generator was purchased from the chap who kept his pigs on the land. So that is were all our money is going!
